I have been writing this column for over three years, inspired by you and the many stories I have accumulated from people who are fighting the good fight against ourselves – and winning.
Some of you have escaped jobs that were wearing you out.
Many of you tweaked your current positions into something more fulfilling.
All of you who wanted to try, did – with mixed results.
Some of your efforts were failures, and I congratulate you for it. Yes, you deserve a fist bump for making the effort. Here’s your good news – you’ll be back. You’ll try again.
So many of us never try at all. We either prefer being unhappy, or feel we don’t deserve what we have wished for.
Millennials, Boomers, Gen X – we all have different paths you’re walking on; but we all share something in common; we want to get through this life the best we know how.
Tell us how you did it. How did you reinvent yourself and/or your career?
We’ll share your stories here, and on my book site, Destination: Reinvention.
Your stories will inspire others to make the jump. We can’t do this alone.
Can’t wait to hear from you.
